Healthy Skin Doesn't Have To Be White

Healthy Skin Doesn't Have To Be White

Healthy and bright skin can be everyone's dream, especially for a woman. However, often the wrong perception of healthy skin is still identical to white skin.Chairperson of the Indonesian Cosmetic Dermatology Study Abraham Arimuko said healthy skin is skin that is treated continuously or continuously.Abraham explained that in plain view healthy skin can be seen from two things, namely color and texture. He explained in terms of color, healthy skin means that the skin has even color.Whereas in terms of texture, if touched the healthy skin will feel smooth.

"Healthy skin doesn't have to be white because every person has their own skin color, which is important because the surface is neat and glows and has a texture like baby's skin when held," Abraham said, quoted on Friday (11/30/2018).He said there are several factors that cause unhealthy skin, such as the addition of age, exposure to ultraviolet light radiation, psychological or negative emotions to stress, and the use of unsuitable cosmetic products."The most evil is actually exposed to ultraviolet light compared to others," he said.Sunlight is the main source of UV light which can cause premature aging of the skin, cause dark spots, pigmentation, uneven and dull skin color.

In addition, research in the American Academy of Dermatology journal states that electronic devices such as TVs, computers, gadgets also emit UV radiation.Even though the radiation is relatively low, the intensity of UV light from the device can cumulatively cause damage to the skin. So, skin that is exposed to continuous UV light from both inside and outside the room will be disrupted by health.
