all the processed junk foods within the diet are the biggest purpose the arena is fatter and sicker than ever before.


those foods were engineered to be "hyper-profitable," in order that they trick our brains into eating more than we need, even leading to dependancy in a few humans (15).

they are also low in fiber, protein and micronutrients (empty energy), but excessive in bad components like brought sugar and subtle grains.
